Lift please!
The Eiffel Tower is one of the most breathtaking man-made sights. And while I know people built it, standing at the base it seems impossible. I haven’t seen the pyramids, but I imagine the state of awe is similar. It doesn’t matter how many times I visit Paris, France, each time I am in utter amazement when I see the tower.
I was recently going through my 37,000 plus photos and came across a ton of Eiffel Tower pics and decided to turn a photo dump into a Reel (I’m doing my best to have a social presence). Sometimes I feel like I missed the boat when it comes to social media marketing and developing a personal brand. Then I am reminded, it’s not so much how you start, but that you start and keep going. Sort of like climbing the Eiffel.
That said, I have never taken the steps to the last lift point. Nor have I walked down the stairs when leaving. I literally leave the heavy lifting to the lift. I’m not even sure walking up the stairs is one of my experience goals. As I look at these pictures, I think I am perfectly fine with taking the lift on all future trips. Then again I guess it would be nice to know I could do it without needing an emergency rescue. I could drench my water with Cell Food orginal formula for five years straight and I don’t think there would be enough breath in my body. Thankfully, I don’t have to find out.
That’s the beauty about having a large task ahead of you. The caption for the reel says “The way up seems daunting, but a new perspective is worth the climb.” I should have added and there’s always help, you just need to receive it. In the case of the Eiffel, you just have to pay a little more.
